I’m out of all the Social Justice programs, I stay away since they will
all fail and just like the Fannie Mae mortgage system and other
government plans like suing banks was a failure of government, there
are more Socialist plans like health care, and even more that will fail
and you will be the loser. Sue the cigarette makers, sue the oil
companies, the government seems to spend a lot of time in court suing
corporations for MONEY. Why do we even need to pay income taxes? The
government makes enough off of law suits.

The principal of Social Justice isn’t the same as equal opportunity
under the law.

Social Justice and Equal Justice can *NOT* coexist. If you have Social
Justice then you had to reject the people being equal. The whole point
of Social justice is to treat people different in order to to force them
to an outcome that is the same in your eyes.

You can do what ever you want to one person to make sure that they do
not have more stuff than the other person. The same with education,
you can stifle one person to keep them from advancing past the other person.

EQUAL OUTCOME…. that is Social justice and it is *NOT* equal
treatment under the law. Social Justice is treating people different
under the law to get the outcome you want. That’s why they are
mutually exclusive and you can’t have Social Justice *AND* Equal
Justice, it’s always one *OR* the other.

Libs say Water-Boarding is a violation of Rights and the Libs think
Killing someone without a trial and “due process” is legal for Obama to
do? Obama skipped the GITMO detention and Military trial, and went
straight to the execution. NOT that Bin Laden didn’t deserve it but the
inconsistancy once again shows up in “Social Justice” where it’s the
outcome and NOT “equal under the law” that drive the Socialist behavior
of the Obama and the Left.

Murdering someone is the ultimate violation of their Rights, there is
nothing left to violate once you have killed someone , the no longer
have rights. People that were water-boarded still have Rights but Bin
Laden no longer has any Rights. Obama violated every last one by
killing him. And Obama has a person who who joined Al`Qaeda and is a
U.S. Citizen targeted for assassination, that precedent alone deserves
plenty of reflection.

Personally I’m NOT in favor of either Skirting the fringes of illegal
torture or assassinations and Presidents that use obvious violations of
citizens or Persons Rights will pay for their doing so at least within
History and they won’t reach the heights of adulation they seek for
themselves. They may think that for their Nation they will take the
bullet and do what is illegal and definitely ill advised and they are a
hero for doing what was needed regardless of the harm it causes
themselves. Their short term success may cause long term destruction of
the Nation that they used as an excuse in the first place.

Being remembered for their deeds is NOT a severe punishment but at least
it’s something.

Clinton will be remembered for *Rendition* and Monica and Bush
remembered for *Water-Boarding* and killing Capitalism to save it and
Obama will be remembered for *Assassination* and redistribution…. For

We have a constitution that says “equal under the law” I don’t see
“Fair under the law” in the constitution.

Socialism seeks to force an equal outcome at the cost of equality….
the Socialists plan called “Social Justice” has no interest in
“equality under the law” what Socialists want is “Guaranteed equal

First you have to steal my individual rights to force me into your

NOT income. There is NO profit when you trade your labor/life for what
