So the Federal Government can start a “Department of Marriage” and
command that all G&*$?%s can marry and all this tiff over Gay Marriage
would be moot?
You are saying that creating a department gives total power over what
ever they name the department?
That means that the department of “Health and Human Services” give the
Federal Government the right to force every American into government
health care? So Obama was wasting time trying to pass a health care
law when he already has the power under (HHS) to force us all to single
payer government health care?
Seems like a huge hole in the Document since it was designed to stop a
Government take over of our lives and secure the freedom of “We The
People” .
