all men are “created equal” then in life the government treats you
equal under the law, but their is no way we are all “equal” as in every
shirt we own and every bite we take.
The Federal government was never tasked with the job or given the powers
to force each and every one of us to be physically and mentally equally
to all others in society. If you see that in the constitution then you
need a better education than the Federal Government gave you.
you are an unrealistic Socialist utopian dreamer……

Depends on the choices I have….
You suggest that we need an educated populace, NOT a specialized
populace. The fact that 50% of students in Chicago don’t graduate is
evidence that government educations are possibly worse than a library
education.
Home school children win the National Spelling contest fairly often.
I don’t fear private educations, in fact I think they are preferable.

They are rights in the constitution according to you, and so is equal
under the law. *If you intend to interpret the law* so that everyone
must have government guaranteed stuff paid for by the collective then
you can’t just pick and choose to apply that equality to one or two of
our rights it must apply to all our rights equally.
I want my government funded gun.
You have your government funded classrooms.

Yes and you believe that poor 18 year old people should be given a gun
so that all can have guns, otherwise the poor kids won’t get one and
won’t be equal.

Yes read it…. 2nd amendment allows all people the same “right to own
a gun” NOT that the government must provide them equally to each of us
so that no one is left out.
In your world of Socialism we all should equally have guns. Since some
of us have the cash to buy guns and some don’t, you need to correct
that. Some people have a dozen guns and others have no guns so you need
to start a “Department of guns” like the “Department of Education” so
that the Federal Government can start to provide guns equally across
America.
You have missed the concept of the constitution, it’s not to force
government to “provide things” for people but to provide equal
opportunity and that means the rights are equal, not the stuff in our
wallets.
Not everyone needs a college education and not every rich kid gets one,
they have to pass the class and not every poor kid is stopped from an
education…..
For instance, Public Libraries have as much information as any school.
Parents and mentors can teach, a government education is NOT the end
all of learning and the fact you think it is, shows just how small your
mind is and how your government education failed you.
