Welfare is *NOT* applied to “The people”

In the Preamble, it applies to *the constitution* as a document that is
written to protect the people *from* government and “that *is* for the
general welfare” of “ourselves and our Posterity”.

And the Preamble is NOT a power given to the Federal Government.

It simply explains the purpose of writing the constitution.

Article 1 Section 8
“to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare
of the United States”

*Welfare of the United States* and the United States “is” the Federal
government.

Amendment 10 tells you that “The United States” is *NOT* the people or
the States.

“Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,
or to the people”

You need to be more concerned with “your” education….. if you didn’t
understand the constitution.

Education is not a power given to the Federal government in the
constitution. Try the commerce clause, it’s the standard Socialist grab
bag for creating new Federal powers from thin air.
