Massachusetts Health care is as illegal as Arizona’s law on illegals

If Obama and the Federal government have power from the constitution to
force people to buy Health Insurance, then HOW IS IT that Massachusetts
can have a STATE LAW THAT FORCES THEIR PEOPLE TO BUY HEALTH INSURANCE…

Just like Obama and Arizona are fighting over the immigration laws
jurisdiction, the Massachusetts law must also be unconstitutional as the
Judge has ruled in Arizona immigration. Where the Federal Government has
power the States have no power to make laws.
