The problem I see is once we hit Socialism and are still going towards
tyranny we’ll have >fascism > communism >Monarch >Dictatorship coming up
and once you hit Socialism, the Government will have been able to steal
enough individual right that it will be a small step for some
charismatic leader to steal a few more rights and we’ll end up with a
Totalitarian Communist, Fascist or Dictator.

It is our *INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS* that keeps the wolf from scratching at our
door.

And yet Obama passing a law forcing you to buy insurance and creating
all the laws for the IRS to monitor your every F&*$?%T so they know you
bought that or get fined and that “your” medical files are in the
governments hands and with electronic access directly to the Obama
    secret police.

I just posted yesterday on that.—->

    *Amendment IV*
The *right of the people to be secure* in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, *against unreasonable searches and seizures* , *shall* *not
be violated* , and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place
to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I don’t see where this limits the peoples right to “just” being secure
from Government searches and seizures, the people can’t have their
property seized by Wal-mart without due process and warrants.
Wal-mart searching me without a legal paper calling for it, is a case of
kidnapping and assault just like the government.

Wal-Mart has to get a warrant to search… To depose a witness etc.

Even better is that no where in that Amendment does it allow for me to
tell the government or Wal-Mart that they don’t have to obey that law.

I have no POWER to give the government the permission to ignore the
constitution, which is different from my gun right that I can choose not
to exercise. This law forces the government to obey and I have no say in
it, it’s between the government and the constitution/the law.
I also can’t tell the government that they can kill me and it be
suddenly legal. They can’t do that without due process. I can’t give up
the Right to own a gun… I can choose not to exercise the right but I
    will still have that right.

    “Amendment III
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without
the *consent of the Owner* , nor in time of war, but in a manner to be
    prescribed by law.”

NOTICE that this Amendment says “without the consent of the Owner”

I have No POWER To change the 4th amendment law or to temporarily revoke
it… it takes 3/4 of congress to change the 4th amendment or add “without
    the consent of the Owner”.

Obama uses every crisis to pass more of his Socialism.

Obama signed the Patriot act and the Democrats took the Sunset clause
out of it, so now it’s permanent thanks to Democrats.

Then dictatorship == tyranny and the rest are on the way there from freedom.

that’s because your memory is as short as your….

I wasn’t for anything more than flattening Afghanistan, But here we are.

We could have covered them with a nice pattern of bomb craters and never
    even said boo.

At the very least we could have flattened their capital city with a few
MOAB’s and bunker busters and “return to sender” their message to us,
via air mail back to them.

They destroy a building and we destroy a city…. I have no problem
telling them that a bomb is coming, just don’t tell them where or when.

Then they can spend time trying to stay alive rather than time trying to
    kill us. Keep them guessing.

Liberalism is based on race and is inherently racist because in
Liberalism, race is the one thing from which all else is derived.

    You just made my point…..

The constitution is the LAW, you want the law to be the OPINION of
someone that was never elected and I didn’t vote for.

That is the essence of Socialism, Government control NOT the people
    controlling government via the Constitution.
