Yep…. Chicago has had one of the highest tax rates in the USA and
they manage to get about 50% of their students to graduate…..

Chicago had more killings of Americans last year than we had killed in
Iraq in a WAR ZONE.

Liberal-Socialists have run Chicago since before I was born….
