AAAhhhhhhhheeeem, Rights are given by the creator and powers are given
by the constitution. We have a constitution and it says the Feds will
provide a Republican form of government for the States. The
constitution doesn’t say it gives you the right but that the Federal
government can’t infringe on the rights given by the creator. I don’t
know any Libertarians that want to ignore the constitution as do the
Democrat-Socialists.

We have a constitution, so the powers are in the constitution. And in
our constitution we have doesn’t grant powers to the people, we have all
the powers and the constitution written by us, loans a few of those
powers to the Federal Government so that we can organize a free society
that is NOT subject to government will but instead the will of the
people. The Constitution is, as close to the perfect Libertarian
Document as we have ever seen. On teh other hand there are you
Democrat-Socialists that ignore and or create some virtual constitution
and try to micromanage our lives down to the last drop of water, piece
of toilet paper and our last penny.

But when you use that wealth as a traitor you are by the constitution
arrested and put on trial.
