Create Bi-color money, Red money for inside the USA and Original Green
money outside the USA….. NOTHING BUT A COLOR/INK difference, and
suddenly sending red money home to Mexico would be useless as the RED
money would be useless in Mexico since the Banks and etc wouldn’t accept
it abroad.

The Drug dealers would have Red money that they need to exchange for
green money, makes it hard to do in large amounts and hard to spend and
more expensive to deal with….. that makes Drugs less profitable as
would dropping income tax and installing a NATIONAL “NEW ITEM” SALES
TAX. NOT ANY VAT TAX WHICH WILL HELP THE DRUG DEALERS by making their
tax free money leaving the country even more valuable.
