You don’t need to be a “licensed” plumber to own a plumbing company….
A master Plumber can apply their license to any corporation they want,
so all you need is to make a deal with someone/anyone that has an active
State Master Plumbers license to hang their license on your corporation
and you too can own a plumbing corporation.

The license is to a person who can then apply it to any corporation they
own, work for, partner in or simply lease their license out by accepting
a check and over see the quality of work.
