More like a form of well Tourette’s syndrome, than sneaky…
you write a “news” article as an attempt at saying something of value.
The story in Rolling Stoned Magazine wasn’t of any great value, it was
gossip for the sake of self aggrandizement.

The writer was seeking fame and fortune. We get almost no pertinent
info from the article.

Managers and military officers always have ideas and views that differ
from their boss. We already know that Obama is *not* respected(you only
need to look at how Obama treats others) to realize is an
omnipotent arrogant and that doesn’t gain him any respect.

The article was sensational gossip….. hardly worth anyone trying to
decry free press and risk shutting down all future military embedding
and interview opportunities by thousands of other reporters.

The cost was to everyone except the writer in the Rolling Stoned
Magazine. This idea that “anything” NOTHING is too low to get a story is
less than professional and like Obama’s own short comings, in the end it
will get these people zero respect. The idea isn’t to give the military
a break but to pick your battles and use your power as a writer for good
and NOT only for personal gain. It’s a little like being a nurse, you
can make some money but in the end you don’t ignore people in pain, just
because you can. You are a good person and want to help them all.
