The Farmers need to bring the “first suit” and charge that their crop is
ruined(tainted) by ADM or who ever owns that patent, that the
corporation’s man made DNA being released into the environment is just
as destructive as BP and their oil in the GULF. BP ruined the fishing
industry and people holding genetic patents on corn are killing the open
crop industry.

If someone has a whole field of their crop it was likely stolen, if NOT
then they were likely infected from the owner of the DNA, all they need
to do is say they are growing “ORGANIC” crops for market and they were
made useless or were sold to unsuspecting consumers(sue for Damages)
after being tainted by the corporations DNA. If you want to modify the
genes then you have to contain that modification so it doesn’t pollute
the entire crop grown by people growing Heirloom seeds on their own
property.

GM DNA is a product of man NOT God, it is a spill like an oil spill if
not kept in a contained field or greenhouse.

You need to make it the other way around, if they grow it they will be
sued for Damages then no one will grow the Genetically/Modified crops
these Corporations that take a hard line are shooting themselves in the
foot.

That’s not Global Warming that’s your stolen Genetically modified seed.

Global warming is imaginary…. Our Orange crop gets FROZEN out from
time to time like back in 1985-1989 and most was never replanted in the
Orlando FL area. It’s too cold for them to survive the freeze so they
replanted farther south and east where it’s warmer.

To hear you tell it we could plant pineapples which are less cold
tolerant than the Oranges.
