Actually I was considering religious and regional differences and not
color since color is irrelevant to who someone can be.

Obviously anyone of any color can be anything, since Obama is President.

The difference is culture and religion and philosophy, government is
intent on forcing us all into accepting one culture(Philosophy), one
(Global Warming/Gaia) type of “secularism” which is actually built on
the religion model and use it all to funnel us all from childhood into
Socialism via government schools/education indoctrination.

The one thing “in their way” has been the Constitution and they have all
but ignored the constitution by twisting the Judicial system and
changing the meaning of laws and the words of the constitution to create
a culture which makes the constitution all but useless since rewriting
it through case law undermines the true intent of the constitution.
Case Law is NOT law at all, it’s the foundation of outcome based Social
Justice. Social Justice is more of a Kings law or Kings “decree” type
of system in that cases are decided individually rather than equally
with rigid structure. We are not equal but we get legal privileges for
who we are or our religion are race.

Today they cry for Social Justice, Socialist holds above Equal Justice.
Yet the constitution recognizes “Equal Justice” and the two can *NOT* in
any way coexist….. This is an obvious stumbling block and yet the
Socialists are moving ahead and trying to replace the constitutions
“Equal Justice” with their own Socialist plans of Social Justice.

You can have one or the other but NOT both, as with FREEDOM or
Socialism, you can have one with the constitution or the other without
it… but you can’t have both.

The lines are clear, but once again the Socialists try to muddy the
waters and blur the issues and convince people that Socialism isn’t a
totalitarian, tyrannical form of governance…. so that out of that
confusion they create, they will be able to gain more control.
