Not ALL concerned, but by enough of those to cut the investigation and
charges off, short of Teddy taking any responsibility.

Actually they called it an accident….. and closed it. The problem
being that it wasn’t an “accident” that *he left the scene* , leaving
her to die, and leaving the scene of an accident and didn’t call
authorities until the next day. Since Teddy got out, it looks like he
could have pulled the girl out.

Teddy was drunken scum and a killer.

The Kennedy’s bought Teddy’s way out of facing Justice.
