So all I need do to pay off a U.S. President with 1.5 million dollars is
to creat a front for the pay off and CALL IT AN AWARD….? Then the
President can turn around and donate the money to somebody like ACORN to
hire the Presidents minions and get him more power?

Just because you call it an award doesn’t mean it isn’t a gift…. To
begin with, are they treated separately by the IRS…. a Gift is
“income” and an AWARD is “INCOME” oooooppppssss looks like Obama is
taking a Gift and it’s a pay off for his Socialist pals(ACORN) that was
passed through Obama as A pay-off for being a good Socialist and
promoting all the right Socialist issues.
