Sunset Clause

The U.S. has too many laws, there are taxes and laws that are obsolete and rediculous.  The solution to all the  rediculous little laws is to add a  Constitutional amendment that is a Sunset clause , causing every law to need to be re-enacted  each 5 years. Adding to, it that all the laws should have to be voted on with an attending rolecall vote only, and with a vote for each law on it's own(no grouping). This approach would keep Congress busy enough that they would have to concentrate on useful laws and reject laws that are a waste of time.

Some new laws have been the mandated sale of 1.5gal flush toilet and up comming is one on requiring flourecent curley light bulbs
